About delivery

Delivery throughout mainland UK and most of the islands is free of charge provided you order full cases of 12 bottles i.e. 12, 24, 36...etc. bottles in any mixture. If the delivery address which you specify is particularly remote, we shall contact you to clarify any exceptional delivery charge which may apply.

Although we place no restriction on the number of bottles you can order, any case of less than 12 bottles will incur a £9 delivery charge. Provided you order full cases, even if mixed, we will automatically subtract any delivery charge shown in your order summary before we process your order (unless you require delivery to a particularly remote location in which case we shall contact you individually)

We operate as efficiently as possible and we appreciate your assistance in helping us to deliver first time, every time. If you have special instructions which will assist us in succesfully delivering at the first attempt, be sure to tell us in the box provided when you place your order e.g. leave with a neighbour, deliver to office, etc.

Note that our checkout process allows you to specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address.

We usually deliver during normal office hours.

Succesful delivery at the first attempt minimises costs, environmental impact and unnecessary road traffic congestion. It takes the same length of time, releases the same quantity of carbon dioxide to the atmosphere and adds equally to traffic congestion whether we are delivering one bottle or several cases. That is why it makes most sense, economically and environmentally, to order full cases.
